job Description:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Medicare/Medicaid customer service support role.

• Someone having good experience in Insurance industry

• Need experienced Call center person who can handle inbound and outbound calls

Skills/Certifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Proficient oral and written communication skills.

• Proficient in interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Exceptional time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

• If current company employee, must meet minimum performance expectations.

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication while multitasking
