Social Media Lead [United States]

 

We are looking for a Social Media Lead to join our fun and fast-paced team. Excellent growth opportunities! In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring all the brand’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales and performance. As a Social Media Lead, you will need excellent multitasking skills to handle all of our social media accounts in a cohesive way as well as maintaining and managing the website. (HTML coding not required.)

Job Responsibilities:

· Managing all social media accounts & developing social media strategies, including but not limited to social media promotions/contests/events/sales.

· Manage, create, and publish original, high-quality content

· Collaborate with the inventory management team to promote existing products and create a social “buzz” regarding new products.

· Developing and maintaining a fluid, social media content calendar (based on important dates, events, holidays, brand priorities, etc. )

· Managing social media presences as applicable, i.e. customer service response, page monitoring, and publishing of social content.

· Facilitate communication on social media pages (get reviews, organize chats, Q & A sessions, prompt comments & shares)

· Maintain and manage content on website

· Ability to maintain a digital library

· Prepare weekly & monthly reports on web traffic & ROI.

· Monitor SEO & user engagement.

Qualifications:

· Proven work experience in social media.

· Excellent written, verbal skills and presentation skills.

· Detail oriented & highly organized.

· Must be a fast-paced, self-starter as well as be able to work in a group environment.

· A strategic, critical thinker with the ability to collaborate and execute ideas.

· A positive attitude, enjoy collaborating with other team members to successfully reach goals, and openness to new challenges.

· Familiarity with web design and publishing.

· Excellent multitasking skills.

· Excellent eye for photography and familiar with photo editing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
