In this role, you will be a strong partner to our HR business partner leads in identifying business trends and supporting in programmatic work such as talent planning, engagement surveys, and review cycles. You will also partner closely with our center of excellence teams in establishing how to best define and implement people policies and processes. Lastly, you will be an advisor to managers in supporting complex employee issues including employee relations and performance management.

Responsibilities

    • Providing manager support and coaching and advises in employee relation and performance management practices

      Identifying trends through employee check-ins, engagement surveys, and employee data
    • Responding to, investigating, and resolving workplace investigations
    • Partnering closely with HR business partner leads to drive people programs
    • Helping to define and hold our employees to our people policies

Qualifications

    • 4-6 years of experience in the HR space with a minimum of 1-2 years as a senior HR business partner
    • Experience with workplace investigations and performance management processes
    • Ability to coach managers and resolve complex people issues
    • Excellent judgment and integrity
    • A team player; low ego and highly collaborative
    • Ability to act with a sense of urgency Experience working in a fast-paced and growing startup
    • Familiarity with general Excel formulas (eg. pivot tables, vlookup) to identify data trends
$136,800 - $205,200 a year
Target base salary for this role is between $136,800 and $205,200 per year. Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered. Plaid provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay is based on factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience and skillset, and location. Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans.
