Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and supporting students in their educational journey? Think Academy, a leading online education platform, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our students and their families. This is a full time role requiring at least 8 hours per day for weekdays, able to work in weekends, and able to work remotely.

What You Will Do:

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from students, parents, and educators
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about Think Academy's courses, programs, policies, and procedures
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest innovative solutions
• Assist students and parents with registration, enrollment, and account management
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide recommendations

How You can be Qualified:

• Associate degree and above, all majors are welcomed
• Mandarin speakers are HIGHLY preferred
• 1-2 years industry experience in education, school & academic related environment, customer service, etc. is highly preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help students and parents
• A flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends is required
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of inquiries efficiently
• An energetic, passionate, and goal-driven individual
• Great communication and interpersonal skills with both inside and outside, are willing to get in touch with parents and related communities
