Pro Impressions Marketing is seeking an Account Management Assistant to maintain good relationships with team members, provide excellent customer service, and assist executives and account managers. The ideal candidate must be positive, results-oriented, have problem-solving skills, and possess strong writing and phone skills. A basic understanding of the sales process and proficiency in G Suite is preferred. Candidates must be self-motivated, have personal experience in social media, and able to work remotely with a stable and speedy internet connection. Priorities

  • Accurately collect data and create insightful reports.
  • Be proactive and responsive in solving problems.
  • Assist executives and account managers so that they can stay focused on their primary responsibilities.
  • Complete tasks by due date.
  • Review all details of tasks assigned to Account Management Assistant and list specific questions prior to asking for help.
  • Look for training opportunities to advance within the company.


Requirements

  • Applicants must reside in the United States and be US citizens or legal residents that hold documentation permitting them to work in the United States.

  • Basic understanding of the sales process
  • Working knowledge of office software systems including email, word processing and spreadsheets (G Suite a big plus)

  • Extensive personal experience in social media
  • Must be on time and leave at appropriate time
  • Free of cell phone distractions
  • Must be able to stay on task and work efficiently from a remote location
  • Ownership of computer workstation, including monitors, keyboard, mouse, cushy chair, and anything else you need to come to work in the comfort of your own home, ready to be effective each day.
  • A stable and speedy internet connection that you are okay using for work purposes.


Tasks

  • Respond to emails daily and taskify follow-up.
  • Assisting clients in responding to reviews.
  • Answer incoming calls, handling them courteously and effectively for best client experience and effective use of team resources.
  • Process monthly reports in collaboration with specialists, internet marketing assistants and account managers.
  • Periodically communicate with management regarding workload and any issues found to be positively or negatively impacting results.
  • Assist in the management and scheduling of client calls for the Account Managers.
  • Quality check tasks and blog posts before sending them to clients.
  • Build and send out one-off invoices.
  • Compile and analyze lead and traffic data.
  • Call member and non-member offices to follow up on new patient leads.
