Appointment Setter

 

AmeriPro Roofing immediately hiring Appointment Setters for our remote Call Center team! As an appointment setter you will call on homeowners to generate interest and set appointments for a complimentary exterior home inspection regarding Roofing, Siding and Gutters projects. Appointment setters will utilize the automatic dialing system with a combination of warm leads as well as new leads based on affected markets using our automated dialing system. No data entry, or manual dialing required! No manual voicemails required. Everything is automated for employee convenience! Your energy is only used when a connection is made!

The ideal appointment setters are self-motivated, positive, accountable, energetic, enthusiastic, outgoing, self-sufficient, disciplined, goal oriented and competitive. Must be flexible to work some evenings and weekends.

Competitive Pay structure:

• Starting $18-20/per hour + Bonus (based on experience)

  Bonus every pay period on performance and appt quality standards

Day-To-Day:

• Make outbound calls to homeowners (via automated dialing system)

• Answer connected inbound calls via our automated system

• Set appointments for our outside sales teams

• Educate homeowners on the importance of consultation

• Build rapport and trust with Homeowners (Under Promise and Over Deliver)

• Qualify homeowners to set quality appointments

• Achieve daily and weekly quota of appointments

• Use digital automated phone system

• Set correct dispositions in our dialing system

Requirements:

• 18 years of age + reliable transportation (if working in office)

• Reliable Internet connection, Laptop or Desktop computer, and USB Headset

• 1-2 years’ experience in Telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, business development, inside sales strongly preferred

• Previous experience in Home Improvement Industry a plus (not required)

• Strong Phone presence and presentation skills required

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail required

• Strong communication skills required
