Establishes and maintains a consultative partnership with a business area/client providing operational functional knowledge supporting the development of new/improved capabilities; translating business requirements to functional requirements, and identifying, defining and developing solutions to application and system problems. Works as part of a larger team supporting the service delivery lifecycle to lead the collection and documentation of business requirements. Works closely with the business relationship owner, subject matter experts, and the customer to capture the appropriate information to ensure a thorough documentation of requirements supporting all phases of a service lifecycle from Idea/concept through implementation and support.$ads={1}

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelor's or equivalent education/experience
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
DL-California Drivers Class C Upon Hire
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Solid verbal and written communication and facilitation skills to professionally interact with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Ability to make presentations to provide information and instruction to audiences with minimal IS knowledge.
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with clients, IS team members, management, and executive personnel/staff.
Ability to work as a part of a team or collaborate with colleagues from different departments to achieve a common goal or to gain better understanding of client needs.
Solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures in order to identify relevant concerns or factors.
Ability to set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities.
Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with moderate direction or supervision.
Ability to utilize standard tools and processes.
Expertise with presentation, word processing and spreadsheet applications.
Conceptual knowledge of business analyst standard tools including, but not limited to, Continual Service Improvement (CSI), Lean methodologies, workflow tools, Microsoft Visio, Business Relationship Management and Project Methodology
Comfortable making independent decisions.

Pay Range is $29.56 to $42.87 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
