Salary Range: $19 - $23 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No nights or weekends)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Medical Billing Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Medical Billing Associate at PeakMedIQ Occupational Medicine, LLC, you will be a key player in our financial operations, ensuring precise and efficient medical billing processes. Responsibilities:

• Process medical billing tasks accurately and efficiently, adhering to industry guidelines and standards.

• Review and verify medical billing data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies and enhance process efficiency.

• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and stakeholders to address billing inquiries and concerns professionally.

• Update and maintain organized medical billing records and documentation.

• Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis related to medical billing and accounts receivable.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize the accuracy and efficiency of medical billing operations.

• Stay informed about the latest industry regulations and compliance standards related to medical billing and workers' compensation.
