I’m looking for another scrappy hustler of a human to join our team and provide exceptional customer experiences!
We’re hiring for a temporary contractor to start in mid-August and stay until the beginning of December! While at Rupa, your work will directly impact the health and quality of life of integrative and functional medicine practitioners and patients around the world, and you’ll work as part of our Customer Operations team. We’re the largest team in the company and growing quickly

About Me (Tim)
I'm a Slack fanatic. When I'm not perusing or sharing the latest happenings in our remote office, you can find me spending time with my team. My direct reports are priority number 1 for me! You can expect (and may even grow to love) fun Slack emoji and light-hearted banter. I never miss a moment to laugh but also know when it’s time to go heads down and GSD! As a true team player, I genuinely enjoy collaborating with a thought partner, productive discourse, and soaking in frontline feedback from my team. Outside of work, you can find me cooking simple yet delicious meals, spending time with family, jogging, hiking, taking long walks with my partner, or planning our next trip. Next stop, Nova Scotia!

Role duties include:

    • Customer support interactions with practitioners, patients, and lab partners through chat, email, and phone
    • Administrative tasks related to lab orders
    • Clerical work
    • Data collection
    • Attending meetings on time with your camera on
    • We all wear many hats so responsibilities may change over time!

  • ️ Must-haves:
    • Located in the USA
    • Availability Monday - Friday for a 40-hour work week
    • Availability from 8 AM - 5 PM PST
    • Reliable high-speed internet
    • Dedicated work space free of distraction
    • Work remotely - anywhere in the USA
    • Tentative contract period: August 21st - December 1st
