Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in the success of our company. This position is characterized by a warm and friendly demeanor, willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build lasting relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Assist customers with any questions or problems using the company service plan and phone system
  • Report customer feedback to management and recommend improvements
  • Provide customer service at various customer service hot spots including customer requests, status updates, etc.
  • Keep the customer first policy in place as the primary point of contact for internal matters
  • “Go the extra mile” to promote the brand among customers and the community through word of mouth and visits to customers
  • “Go the extra step” to help ensure a positive impact on customers, the community and the company
  • “Go the extra step” to ensure that our staff has a positive impact on their team members’ success

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. College degree preferred if working for an organization. A Bachelor’s Degree is also preferred. A good understanding of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) practices. A strong desire to help others and a willingness to learn new systems and processes are required. A background in healthcare or medical industry is also preferred. An ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external customers is required. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
