Title: Case Manager - ICMS

Hours: 40 per Week (M - F)

Rate: $25.54 per hour

The Center is seeking resumes for the position of Case Manager - ICMS. Our ICMS Case Managers assist their clients as all around service providers. You are assigned clients and are their go to case managers for all needed services and they stay on your caseload until case management services are no longer needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable populations. Individuals who have a degree in social work or related field are highly encouraged to apply as are those individuals who have significant experience working with vulnerable populations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.54 per hour
