Description

As the Project Management Associate, you will be responsible for: * Provide independent, administrative, analytical, and program support to Ambulatory Operations including: Patient Experience Surveys, Cash Controls, and various other projects * Project management support for initiatives related to patient satisfaction data and the Quality Data Management (QDM) database * Maintain UCLA Cash Handling Policies & Procedures, preparer weekly financial analysis report for Executive Leadership for all clinics. Prepare and distribute weekly financial reports for all clinics * Work with Patient Satisfaction Surveys to integrate quality measures with other programs in the Health System, including training and implementation * Coordinate activities that support and maintain the use of the QDM database used by practice managers, directors, and leadership in the ambulatory practices * Provide support and Cash Handling Training to Clinic Management and staff involved with cash handling reconciliation within the 260+ UCLA Ambulatory clinics * Conduct Site Audits and oversee cash handling procedures in all UCLA Ambulatory clinics * Assist with providing independent, administrative, analytical, and program support for the Patient Experience Survey Team * Travel to all UCLA Ambulatory practice throughout the greater Southern California area is required Salary Range: $61,400 - $121,400 Annually

Qualifications

We’re seeking a self-directed, detail-oriented professional that is: * Proficient in all Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel with accuracy and appropriate formatting * Ability to travel to all UCLA Ambulatory practices throughout the greater Southern California area * Experience in leading, facilitating and sustaining service redesign and improvement in a clinical setting using proven methodologies. (LEAN) Experience supporting clinical colleagues through change with sound knowledge of change management principles and theory * Ability to independently analyze information or problems identifies relevant factors, trends, and options, then implement and monitor solutions * Writing skills to compose edit and proofread routine business correspondence using appropriate English grammar, syntax, spelling and punctuation * Ability to initiate, develop, and maintain relationships with patients, co-workers, administrative personnel, managers, directors, and clinicians * Skill in organizing and prioritizing workload in order to meet deadlines in light of changing, heavy workload and competing requirements * Ability to work extended hours when needed Note: Skills subject to test.
