Group/Incentive Air Agent

Incentive Travel Company seeking experienced agent to book group air reservations. Minimum 2+ years Sabre experience required. Superior phone skills and group booking experience a must.

Responsibilities include providing passengers with preliminary itineraries, assisting passengers with flight questions, confirming airline reservations and issuing airline tickets. Candidate should be familiar with group air contracts, group airfares and be able to review blocked space and utilization. Excellent customer service skills and a sense of humor are extremely important.
