- Financial minded person- position includes billing, collections, census
- Multi-tasking is a must
- Prioritizing and organization definite to be successful
- Friendly on phone and in person with families, staff, residents, visitors
- Able to meet multiple deadlines
- Able to function in an extremely busy environment
- Patience required- w/ residents, families, etc.
- Software- Point Click Care, Ability, OHCA, Outlook, Excel

Payroll/AP position-
- pre-employment/new hire processing- background, drug screen, on-boarding paperwork
- timekeeping, daily labor reporting
- payroll processing- HRmony
- AP processing- pen and paper, no software
- First point of contact upon entry to building- door code, phones, sign-in book
- Shared office space w/ Administrator
