  • Financial minded person- position includes billing, collections, census

  • Multi-tasking is a must
  • Prioritizing and organization definite to be successful
  • Friendly on phone and in person with families, staff, residents, visitors
  • Able to meet multiple deadlines
  • Able to function in an extremely busy environment
  • Patience required- w/ residents, families, etc.
  • Software- Point Click Care, Ability, OHCA, Outlook, Excel

Payroll/AP position-

  • pre-employment/new hire processing- background, drug screen, on-boarding paperwork
  • timekeeping, daily labor reporting
  • payroll processing- HRmony
  • AP processing- pen and paper, no software
  • First point of contact upon entry to building- door code, phones, sign-in book
  • Shared office space w/ Administrator
