Salary Range: $26.73 - $42.17 Hourly

Management: No

Schedule: Full-Time 08:00 AM -16:30 PM

Reports To: Director of Case Management

Summary: Provides clerical support to Case Management by tracking the flow of work through the department and coordinating and providing assistance as needed. Obtain final authorization from insurance companies. Follow up with payers on clinical documentation sent.

Requirements: Must have an AA degree or equivalent with college courses or experience related to basic office procedures preferred. Must have experience working with computers. Must have a working knowledge of medical terminology. Computer literacy: Outlook, Word, Excel, Access/Database Management, PowerPoint and Medi-Tech, Medical Records, and report retrieval. Have the ability to coordinate with outside vendors.
