Oracle Transportation Management / OTM Support Analyst - Remote (no C2C)

 

Job Title: OTM Support Analyst

Pay Rate: $40.00-55.14/hr (W2 contract - No C2C)

Location: Remote (Office in Atlanta, GA – Local Candidates Preferred)

Description:

Support Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) business users, such as transportation planners, procurement, carriers, logistics leadership, supply planning groups, customers and others, in their day to day OTM issues resolution with a comprehensive knowledge of both technical and functional areas of OTM system/application.

Need ability to solve complex issues, both technical and functional, identify root causes and work with IT to close system gaps. Troubleshooting experience with order management, shipment planning, bulk planning, invoicing and other areas of OTM.

Liaise with business and IT to resolve system issues and be the primary point of contact for OTM functional and system issues. Suggest key process and performance improvement opportunities within OTM identified during the course of support.

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Oracle Transportation Management: 2 years (Required)
• Support Analyst: 2 years (Required)
