Tiny House HR Generalist (Full Time)
The role will be responsible to support as hr generalist overseeing entire entity and generate monthly reporting and payroll summary and others
Principal Accountabilities
● Provide support in overall human resources generalist
● Experience with HR compliance. Stay abreast of employment laws and use that knowledge to support supervisor and managers in the day-to-day management of employees.
● Design the basic employee handbook to provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
● Assist in recruitment and onboarding process, interview appointments with various hiring managers.
● Assist in payroll management, maintain employee details and upkeep.
● Continuously update new approaches, policies, and procedures to affect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
● Support HR compliance initiatives to reduce legal risks and ensuring legal compliance;
● Maintaining a healthy communication system towards the employees.
STATUTORY REQUIREMENT
● Ensuring the implementation of legislation, company standards and procedures are followed.
OTHERS
● Understanding the company's values and product offerings
Requirements
● Associate degree with at least 5 years of HR generalist experience, or equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible administrative experience.
● Proficiency in both spoken and written English at a business level is essential. Proficiency in spoken Mandarin would be a valuable additional qualification.
● Proven working experience with new start-up company, understanding the fast-paced and dynamic nature of working environment.
● Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize task effectively.
● Excellent communication & management skills
● Proficient in using office software including MS Office suite or Google Workspace.
● Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
