Café de Leche is dedicated to roasting and brewing the best coffee we can find - and creating warm, professional, and inviting cafes where everyone feels welcome.

We're looking for an experienced, full-time barista with open availability on weekdays as well as weekends.

The position requires that you display a friendly and outgoing personality, superior time management skills, and the ability to create and maintain a professional and friendly environment in which to work.

You must possess a love of coffee and learning about coffee, be personally committed to outstanding customer service, be punctual, and have a friendly attitude. You must be highly task-oriented and have experience with completing side work as well as deep cleaning. You must be able to commit at least one year to the position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

$17-$18/hr + Tips (may add + $7-$12/hr)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages.
• Clean and maintain the coffee shop.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Ensure that the coffee shop is stocked with supplies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
